Whether you’re just beginning and need a “looks-like” concept for fundraising or are ready with existing site CAD plans, our design visualization process allows team members and stakeholders to work through creative ideas and determine solutions together. 2D DESIGN

We create scale drawings, based off existing CAD or sketches. If working with an architect, communication begins from the start to ensure we are working alongside the current plans. Geolocation is used to model in scale of proposed site locations.

3D MODELING

Your design is modeled in 3D to easily view all angles. We analyze space and flow, helping you to validate your ideas and work towards a design solution. This is where you really start to see your idea come to life.

DETAILS & TAKE-OFFS

Once the design has been dialed in, communication of dimensions, section cuts, materials and quantities are communicated in a color-coded package for architects, inspectors, engineers and contractors.
